How We Approach Every Engagement
Every engagement begins with the same question: what is actually happening in your team right now? We do not arrive with a product to sell. We arrive with a structure for listening — and we share what we find before proposing anything.

We spend time with your team understanding how work flows — what is routine, where handoffs happen, and which tasks follow a pattern.

Quarter Review

A respectful look at your established routines to find a few places AI could quietly help, balancing what works with what could ease. Shared as clear options. One team. No obligation beyond the review itself.

Bridging Integration

A tailored assistant is connected to one existing system, carefully honouring current ways of working. Includes documentation and a handover. About five weeks from start to completion.

Heritage Support Plan

Ongoing care that keeps the old and new working together and extends your integration gently. Monthly summaries and a steady contact included. Available to clients who have completed a Bridging Integration.

Protocols Shared Across All Services
Data Privacy
Information shared during reviews and integrations is used only for the agreed purpose. We do not retain or share client data after an engagement concludes.
Reversibility
Every integration is built to be removed without creating a new problem. We document the steps for reversal as part of the standard handover package.
Written Scope First
Nothing begins before both sides agree on what is and is not included. Scope changes require a new written agreement before additional work proceeds.
Testing Before Handover
All integrations are tested in the actual environment before handover. Edge cases and known limitations are included in documentation alongside normal operation.
No Proprietary Dependency
We use tools that your team can understand and operate without us. No integration requires Krung Code to remain involved in order to keep functioning.
Thai and English Throughout
All written deliverables and sessions are available in Thai, English, or a practical mix of both — whichever your team works best in.
