About Us

Where Old Roads Meet New Tools

Krung Code was built on the understanding that most teams do not need to change everything — they need one or two things to work a little more quietly.

Our Story

Rooted in Bangkok, Shaped by Working Alongside Teams

Krung Code grew from a straightforward observation: the organisations in Bangkok that struggled most with technology were not short of ambition. They were short of a partner who would sit down with them, look at how things actually ran, and offer ideas without pushing for a full overhaul.

We began by working with a handful of small and mid-sized businesses in the Samphanthawong and Bang Rak areas — family-run wholesalers, established professional services firms, and a few regional offices of larger companies. What we found was consistent: the teams that benefited most from AI support were those whose workflows were already considered and well-established. They did not need disruption. They needed a carefully placed assistant that knew where to stay quiet.

That experience formed how we work today. We spend more time listening than presenting. We document carefully. And we hand over integrations that your team can understand and maintain — not tools that require us to return every month to keep running.

Our Mission

To Help Established Teams Work with Less Friction

We are not trying to transform how your organisation operates. We are looking for the places where a well-placed AI tool would ease a repetitive task, reduce a handoff error, or free up a few hours each week that your team could spend on things that matter more.

We start small and build only when it is right

No roadmap is drawn before we understand your workflow.

We stay until the handover is clear

Every integration is documented and walked through with your team.

We make decisions with you, not for you

Nothing proceeds without your understanding of what it does and why.

The People

A Small Team, One Consistent Approach

We are a compact group. That is deliberate. It means the person you speak with at the start is the same person who sits in your workflow review and signs off on your handover documentation.

PC

Pichaya Chirawong

Founder & Integration Lead

Eight years working in process consulting across Bangkok before turning her attention to where AI fits naturally into established Thai business structures.

NT

Nattawut Thanakorn

Systems & Documentation

Handles the technical side of every integration and is responsible for ensuring all documentation is clear enough for any team member to follow without our help.

SR

Siriporn Rattanakul

Client Relations & Support

Manages ongoing relationships with clients on the Heritage Support Plan, coordinates monthly summaries, and is the steady contact for day-to-day questions.

How We Work

Standards We Hold Ourselves To

Data Handling with Care

We treat client data as belonging to the client. What is shared during reviews and integrations is used only for that purpose and is never passed to third parties.

Clear Written Agreements

Every engagement begins with a written scope that both sides agree to before any work starts. No scope creep and no ambiguity about what is and is not included.

Documentation That Lasts

Every integration produces a written record in plain language. We test this by asking someone unfamiliar with the project to follow it before we hand it over.

Built to Be Reversible

We design integrations so they can be stepped back without breaking your existing systems. If an AI tool stops serving your team, removing it should not create a problem.

Testing Before Handover

Nothing is handed over until it has been tested in your actual environment. We document edge cases and known limitations alongside what the tool does well.

One Integration at a Time

We do not run parallel integrations for the same client. Focused work means fewer errors, better documentation, and a handover your team can actually absorb.

Our Practice

AI Integration as a Considered Practice, Not a Product

The work of connecting artificial intelligence to a functioning business is not straightforward. Tools that perform well in a demonstration may sit awkwardly inside the daily rhythms of a team that has spent years developing its own approach. At Krung Code, we treat integration as a form of careful listening: we ask how your people work, where handoffs happen, which tasks follow a pattern, and which require judgment that no tool should replicate.

Bangkok's business landscape is layered. Many organisations here carry both modern digital infrastructure and longstanding internal processes shaped by decades of local practice. We work within that complexity rather than flattening it. Our Quarter Review is structured around understanding this layering before suggesting anything.

The Bridging Integration and Heritage Support Plan are designed for teams that have found one clear place where AI would help and want it handled with enough care that the rest of the organisation is not disturbed. We are a small team by choice. It keeps our attention where it should be — on the specific business in front of us.
